Processing generally takes 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Refer to courier conditions for all specifications regarding delivery location limitations. Orders are picked and delivered Monday to Friday only. Shipping options may vary based on the delivery address.
Order Shipment
BCBG uses FedEx as the shipping provider. Orders only ship on business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please note shipping times do not include processing time, which could take 1-2 business days. Orders received by 11:00AM CST generally ship the same business day, though exceptions may apply. Orders placed after 11:00AM CST will generally be shipped the following business day. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped and provided tracking information. Shipping times can vary based on method chosen and delivery location.

Order Changes or Cancellations
We cannot change the size or color of an item once your order is placed. If you need to change the size or color, please reach out to us so that we can begin the cancellation process and you can place a new order with the correct size or color. Please note that once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee it can be cancelled before it ships. Any items marked Final Sale cannot be cancelled. (This excludes items marked simply with "Sale.")
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us within our normal business hours (9AM–5PM CST, Monday–Friday) and we will make every effort to cancel it, though this is not guaranteed. If your order has already shipped, you will need to wait for it to arrive and use our Return Portal to return the item.
Please note that 2-Day Expedited shipping charges cannot be refunded if the order has already shipped and must be returned. If we are able to catch your order before it ships, we will provide a full refund including the 2-Day Expedited shipping charges.
Discount Codes
If you missed entering your discount code at checkout, please reach out to us via our Contact Us form with your discount code or email showing your code so we can verify it and issue a refund for the difference.
