Placing an Order

What payments method do you accept?

We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Shop Pay.

In order for us to accept payment, your billing and credit card addresses must match. BCBG is not responsible for shipping issues due to typographical errors. Immediately upon purchase, a preauthorization will be placed on your card for your order amount. Your card will not actually be charged until your order ships.

Can I have my order sent to an hotel?

We will ship orders to valid addresses, including hotels. Please confirm that the hotel will accept delivery and can forward to you. If the order is received after your departure you will need to pay for forwarding postage. We cannot make changes to delivery addresses after the order has started to process.

Can I have my order sent to a shipping facility?

Yes! Note we are not responsible for any damage, lost or missing items once the package has been received at their facility.

Can I have my order sent to Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, Guam or Hawaii?

Economy Delivery shipments to these countries are sent via FedEx. Deliveries may take up to 15 business days. Deliveries can be made to residential addresses only.

Can I have my order sent to APO and FPO Addresses?

No, these are not accepted address types. We use FedEx as our service provider they do not have access to these locations so they are not permitted as delivery addresses for orders. 

Promotion & Sales

All Final Sale items are non refundable and cannot be returned for refund or exchange. During promotions of sale on sale, all previously-reduced sale items are final sale.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place your order.

Do you offer price adjustments?

We do not offer price adjustments. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Was my order placed on hold?

If your order is on hold, please contact us via our Contact Us page and our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you.

What can I do if I forgot to add my promo code?

Please reach out to us via our Contact Us page with your promo code and order number. If the promotion is valid and your order qualifies, the discount will be applied.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We cannot change the size, color, address, or shipping method of an order once it has been placed. If you need to change the size or color of an item, please contact us so we can begin the cancellation process and you can place a new order.

Please note that cancellations are not guaranteed — once an order is placed, we will make every effort to cancel it before it ships, but this cannot be guaranteed. Any items marked Final Sale cannot be cancelled.

If your order has already shipped, please visit our Returns Portal to return your item once it arrives. Please also note that 2-Day Expedited shipping charges cannot be refunded if the order has already shipped.

Returns

What is your return policy?

To start a return, visit our Returns page here. All items marked Final Sale are non-returnable and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased at BCBG.com. Returns requested within 14 days of delivery will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns requested between 15–30 days will be issued as store credit. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.

All returns are subject to a $12 restocking fee, which is deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are provided for the value of your item and tax only — original and return shipping costs are not refunded.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unscented, and have all original tags, accessories, hangers, and packaging included. Items must show no signs of wear, and no rips, tears, or hair of any kind.

Please note that you must return your item within 2 business days of generating your return label. Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 10–14 business days for it to be inspected and processed. You will be notified by email once your return is complete.

What if the item I receive is damaged?

BCBG takes great pride in the quality of our products. Should you receive an item that does not meet expectations, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page and our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you.

International Shopping

Do you offer international shopping? If so, in which countries is it supported?

At this time, BCBG only ships within the United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). We do not currently offer international shipping.

Getting Started

When it's time to pay for your favorite styles, choose Shop Pay Installments as your form of payment at checkout. A debit or credit card is required.

Payment Plans

Choose from bi-weekly or monthly installment options. With bi-weekly payments, your purchase is split into 2 or 4 payments made every two weeks. Monthly installment options are also available. Options depend on your purchase amount.

No Fees or Penalties

For purchases split into bi-weekly payments, there are no additional interest or fees when you pay on time. Monthly installments may be subject to interest. You can pay your balance off early at any time with no penalty.

Availability

Shop Pay Installments are available online in the US only, on orders between $50 and $30,000 USD.
