This policy outlines the returns terms and conditions when purchasing with BCBG online, and is applicable to all customers placing an order on www.bcbg.com. This policy is applicable to BCBG's online customers only and does not extend to customers purchasing from a distributor. Items purchased from a BCBG distributor are bound under that retailer's policy. BCBG online cannot be held accountable or provide accommodation for purchases made outside of www.bcbg.com. We hope you found what you were looking for. If that's not the case, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery date.
BCBG will accept returns* for orders meeting the below conditions that are requested within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund. Refunds requested between 15–30 days will be accepted, but the refund will be processed as store credit as a courtesy. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
Please note that you must return your item within 2 business days of generating the return label. All returns are subject to a $12 restocking fee which is deducted from the amount of the return.
Please note that pre-order items do not have their return window start until the date delivered, to account for any delays in receiving the style.
Any item marked as Final Sale is not approved for return or exchange.
Refunds will be provided for the value of your item and tax. BCBG does not refund original or return shipping costs.
- BCBG must be able to verify proof of purchase.
- Delivery dates are defined from FedEx records and cannot be disputed.
- Returns received after 30 days from delivery date will not be accepted and will be reshipped to the original address on file.
- Products purchased online cannot be returned to a distributor.
- Products purchased from a distributor cannot be returned online. See distributor policy.
DISTRIBUTOR POLICY
BCBG products purchased from a distributor such as Nordstrom are subject to that distributor's purchase and returns policy. BCBG cannot be accountable for orders or purchases made at a distributor, with the exception of genuine product faults as assessed by our Customer Service Team.
CONDITION OF PRODUCT
*To be eligible for a return, the garment must meet the below quality conditions:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- All tags attached
- All accessories included
- Unscented (no perfume or other scents)
- No human, animal, or other hair
- No rips or tears
- No other signs of being worn
- All original packaging and hangers included
GIFT EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Products purchased as a gift at www.bcbg.com are bound by this policy and must satisfy all policy requirements for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS
BCBG takes extreme pride and care in the quality of our products. Should you receive a product that does not meet expectations, please contact us via our Contact Us page.
LIABILITY FOR ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Once orders leave our warehouse, FedEx assumes responsibility for the items. Please contact FedEx directly if there is a problem with your shipment, including tracking or delivery problems, incorrect shipping addresses, delays, or lost packages.
In the unfortunate event that an order is lost or damaged in transit, please file a claim directly with FedEx and provide us with your FedEx claim number so we can keep your case up to date. We are not responsible for reshipping or refunding orders lost or damaged in transit, or for filing claims with FedEx on your behalf.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items can be returned but are subject to a $12 restocking fee which is deducted from the refund amount, unless the item is marked as Final Sale on the product page.
RETURNS COST
Refunds will be provided for the value of your item and tax, minus the restocking fee. BCBG does not refund original or return shipping costs. If you do not return your items within the allotted time and your label expires, we reserve the right to deny your return. If we do allow an exception, there will be a $15 processing fee to generate a new return label and manually process the return.
RETURNS/REFUND PROCESSING TIMEFRAMES
Once a return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 10–14 business days to receive, inspect, and process. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed.
RETURN TRACKING
Upon printing your return label from returns.bcbg.com, you will receive a tracking number found on the return shipping label. Please note that BCBG does not offer return tracking updates, so we recommend you note this number for your reference.
