Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 11 AM CT will be processed 1-2 days from the day the order is placed.  Orders placed after 11 AM CT will be processed 1-2 days from the day after the order was placed. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Times below for more information on processing and shipping timelines. BCBG is not responsible for packages that are missing or stolen from the delivery address. We do not file claims for packages that have proof of delivery.

International Shipping

• International shipments are picked up Tuesdays and Thursdays.
• Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed
• Standard - $20 USD. Will be converted to local currency during checkout.  Transit time: 4-9 business days, but may be more depending on country of destination.
• Premium - $45 USD. Will be converted to local currency during checkout.  Transit time: 2-7 business days.
• BCBG is not responsible for packages that are missing or stolen from the delivery address. We do not file claims for packages that have proof of delivery.

US Premium Shipping

Our US Premium Shipping rate is $45.00 USD.

Premium shipments are estimated to arrive in the next 1-2 business days after the ship date. Estimated processing time is 1-2 days.

Premium Shipping Service is not available for P.O. Box service. To use the Premium Shipping option, a physical street address is required.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes. Shipping is subject to change due to holiday schedules; some of our carriers may experience delays during the holiday season.
Any issues with the delivery of your order must be reported within 14 days of the ship date. BCBG.com cannot be responsible for packages after that time. BCBG is not responsible for packages that are missing or stolen from the delivery address. Estimated Premium Shipping & Delivery Times

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

All shipments sent to P.O. boxes are sent Economy. Delivery generally can take up to ten (10) business days.

Shipping to Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, and Hawaii

Economy shipments to these countries may take up to fifteen (15) business days.

Shipping to the U.S. Virgin Islands

All shipments to the U.S. Virgin Islands are sent via Economy and can only be delivered to residential addresses. Deliveries may take up to fifteen (15) business days.

APO/FPO Shipping

Shipments sent to military addresses are sent Economy. Delivery is handled via the Military Post Office and generally occurs within thirty (30) days.
